Thank you for purchasing through the Wayne Dibble Photography website; we hope you are delighted with your purchase.
It is doubtful your items will be received damaged due to the high calibre of packaging used for our prints; however - if your items are received damaged, we will replace them free of charge.
Please get in touch with us via the Contact page - include a description of the damage and provide photographic evidence along with your email.
Once your email is received, reviewed and confirmed as ‘received in a damaged condition’, we will organise a replacement item(s) at our cost.
Items received damaged must be reported by email within three consecutive days of the delivery date; any requests received more than three days from the delivery date will not be considered for replacement.
Refunds other than damaged products - we are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However - there may be an instance that you may change your mind, we want you to be happy, and we are very understanding and fair; we offer a full refund within seven days from the original delivery date - please follow the following procedure.
